In the old days, you could farm for hours on end and only get one or two potentially usable runes. Over time, Com2us has implemented systems to help with this. One of those systems is Reappraisal Stones (reapps). Reappraisal Stones can be used on +12 runes to give them new substats. Here’s some things to keep in mind about how they work:
Reappraisal Stones are valuable and rare – spend them carefully Only use reapps on 6* Legendary runes Make sure you’ll need the type of rune – for example, Violent runes are used more than Guard runes
What Are Reappraisal Stones Used For?
Reapps are used to reroll the substats of an already existing. But as you can see below, the rune must be +12 before the reapp can be used. On top of that, reapps are rare. Aside from spending money, there’s only a few ways to get them. So you need to pick and choose what runes you use them on. As a rule of thumb, you should only use reapps on 6* Legendary runes. In my case, I’m going to re-app this 6* Revenge rune. When the substats are rerolled, their power-ups are also redistributed. So if you reapp a purple rune, you’re losing out on some stats. First, I’ll need to +12 it. It comes out looking like this. I’m using this reapp for the sake of this guide, but it’s my only one. Spend yours more carefully! In any case, now that this rune is +12, I can reapp it. Next, the game will give you the option to choose between the two different substats. In my case, I want this rune for Verdehile. He’s not a damage monster, so I’m fine giving up 3% crit rate and 18% crit dmg in exchange for 18% HP. So I’m going to keep its original substats. Reapps are simple, but important. And their rarity means that you need to be super careful with them.
How Do You Get Reappraisal Stones?
Your main source of Reappraisal Stones is going to be from the Ancient Coin shop. You can access it by tapping shop, and then tapping the Ancient Coin tab. As you can see below, 1 Reappraisal Stone costs 100 Ancient Coins. Ancient Coins are given to players through events. Most events will usually give anywhere from 40-100 Ancient Coins. Players are also flat-out given Reappraisal Stones from time to time, but that tends to be far less common.
